Our 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon illustrates the depth & intensity that have made this region famous. The hue is deep purple with aromas of black raspberry & plum, all wrapped up with toasty vanilla notes. Barreled in 30% new French oak, the palate is layered with earth tones and integrated tannins.
